The all-new Kia Carnival brought home several awards for the Kia brand from around the globe.

In the 2021 Good Design Awards, two Kia models bagged the top honors in the ‘Transportation’ category. The all-new Carnival and the EV6 were awarded for their bold and elegant designs.

The all-new Carnival (US specs) also received the Top Safety Pick Award in the Minivan category from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The model was applauded for its superior crash avoidance and mitigation systems.

The Carnival was also named the 2022 “Family Vehicle of the Year

” by AutoGuide, a US-based automotive media group. Among the hundreds of models driven and tested, the Carnival stood out for its spectacular interior capacity, advanced safety features, and stylish design.

In addition, it was awarded as one of the ‘Best New Cars for 2022’ by online auto marketplace AutoTrader. While the annual Newsweek Autos Awards named it the Best Minivan. It won for its dynamic performance, luxurious interior, advanced safety features, and overall design.

Aside from the Carnival, the Kia EV6 was hailed as 2022 Car of the Year in the prestigious European Car of the Year Awards.
