Considered as one of Big Four car manufacturers in China, the company hopes to promote the Chinese products in the Philippines with the Honor S, the Star Truck, and the X5 Truck- all dedicated to people, business, and logistics transportation.

Kaicene has 36 years of experience in commercial vehicle manufacturing, providing products that address the needs of entrepreneurs, small and medium-scale businesses, and developing communities. Castillo also noted that the brand targets to deliver more of the reliability, durability, and versatility that is essential in the commercial vehicle market.

Pronounced as Kai-Chen, the brand is a new division wholly owned by Changan International Corporation. It is from two Chinese words: 凯 Kai, which associated with a song of triumph, and 程: Cheng, which represents a bright future. The combination of these two characters makes Kaicene a company the aspires for success as it confidently looks forward to a prosperous future.

Models will continue to bear the familiar Changan red arch logo, showing the brand’s success, tracing its parent company’s commercial vehicle roots 36 years ago. The Kaicene Honor S 7-seat MPV, Star Truck, and X5 light commercial vehicle have Berjaya Auto Asia’s after-sales, parts availability, and warranties that will reassure customers continued service for years to come. Castillo shared that when it comes to value, the Kaicene brand represents an exceptional level of quality and dedicated service that sets it apart from other Chinese brands.
