Starting May 4, 2020, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI), Honda’s automobile unit in the Philippines, will resume its dealer sales and after-sales operations at selected Honda Cars Dealerships located in General Community Quarantine (GCQ) areas.
HCPI will implement safety protocols, aside from disinfecting its dealership facilities across all 38 dealerships to guarantee the health and safety of valued customers and dealer associates.
All dealer associates and customers will go through body temperature scanning prior to entering the dealership premises. Those with a body temperature of 38 degrees Celsius and above will be prohibited to enter.
Customers should also wear facemasks while inside the dealership and must sanitize their hands before entering and while inside the dealership premises. Dealer associates will be required to wear prescribed PPEs while hand sanitizers will be available at strategic locations.
Meanwhile, a social distancing of at least 1 meter apart shall be observed throughout the dealership premises. All common areas will also have demarcation lines to ensure this is strictly followed.
Furthermore, customers who plan to have their vehicles undergo Periodic Maintenance Service or avail of other after-sales services should contact their respective dealerships and schedule an appointment. This will not only help in restraining the number of people within dealership premises but it will also help Honda dealers to efficiently address the needs of customers during the pandemic.
