Honda Foundation, Inc. recently donated a total of 104 motorcycle units to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) as the brand’s way of taking a pro-active approach in addressing local community needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

HFI oversees and manages all of Honda’s corporate social responsibility programs and activities in the Philippines. This donation includes 52 red units each of TMX125 alpha and Wave 110 alpha, all fitted with an insulated top box for all of PRC’s 104 Chapters nationwide. The endowment allows the organization to improve its services with a fast and high-quality mode of transportation in line with their “Always First. Always Ready. Always There.” motto.

“We at Honda, are committed to supporting institutions that save Filipino lives like the Philippine Red Cross, in their duties and advocacies. We also see this as a way of giving back to the society where Honda operates” Mr. Susumu Mitsuishi, HFI Member of the Board of Trustees said.

This donation is part of Honda’s ONE DREAM campaign, which aims to make the company’s bikes as tools to quickly deliver humanitarian and life-saving services to communities in times of calamities.
