Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) held its 15th Dealer of the Year Awards (DOYA) last February 7 at Hilton Hotel Manila in Newport Boulevard in Pasay City. The company overcame a challenging year in sales by focusing on the government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program. Known for tough, reliable, and heavy-duty products, Isuzu provided PUVs various public and private sectors as part of their effort in promoting a safer and more environmentally-friendly transport system.
Started in 2004, the DOYA is the company’s annual dinner gala where the best principal dealers, as well as their respective employees, are recognized. IPC President Hajime Koso led this year’s ceremony, giving Isuzu Pasig the Dealer of the Year award, followed by Isuzu Bulacan and Isuzu Sta. Rosa.
