The second GT Edition available in the country following the XV, the all-new SUV is a collaboration between Masahiko “Jack” Kobayashi and renowned engineering company Giken Co. Ltd.

Kobayashi is responsible for the exterior design of more than 12 Subaru models, including the legendary WRX STI, as the former Chief Designer/Head of Global Advanced Design Studio at Subaru Corporation. Giken, on the other hand, is a global supplier of aero-parts and other car components, with numerous patents in Japan, South Korea, and the United States.

Designed exclusively for Asia, the Forester includes a front bumper lip extension, side skirts, roof spoiler, and rear bumper lip extension in its GT Edition aero kit complemented by a set of 18-inch bespoke alloy wheels. The rugged yet refined Forester has a sleeker and sportier form which is also seen inside starting with its seat-leather design. A new 8-inch Display Audio System with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and a Superview Around Recognition 360 System with 360° around-view monitor completes the equipment package.
