The country’s pioneer compact car distributor Suzuki Philippines Inc. (SPI) unveiled its all-new SUV model, the Suzuki XL7 and the S-Presso, a compact crossover, with the modernized classic Suzuki trademark look.
The newest addition XL7, is a perfect fusion of an aesthetic exterior and dynamic interior that can accommodate seven passengers. On the other hand, the S-Presso is a compact car that displayed the iconic Suzuki design with an engine performance fit for daily road challenges, according to Suzuki Philippines Vice President and General Manager for Automobile Division, Keiichi Suzuki.
The XL7, Suzuki’s most dapper SUV yet with bold face and garnished front fenders creating a bold and robust exterior style, provides a K15B engine that delivers an output power of 103hp/6,000 rpm and torque at 138N-m/4,400rpm. Its dynamic exterior shows off a flexible seating arrangement, while the third row gets to enjoy wide leg room and a 199L maximum luggage capacity.
Advanced and sleek convenient features are available as well for the All-New XL7. This included a rear parking sensor and rear parking camera to ensure safety in every drive, advanced multi-information LCD display that will make viewing current conditions of the vehicle easy, automatic aircondition controls and keyless push start function. It also has a 10-inch infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, ventilated cup holders, dual airbags backed up by Antilock Brake System (ABS) with Electric Brake force Distribution (EBD) and Electronic Stability Programme (ESP). It is also equipped with a new generation HEARTECT platform, a smooth continuous design for better impact absorption in case of a collision, which gives high maneuverability by its greater front wheel turning radius.
The All New XL7 is priced at an SRP of Php 1,068,000.00 and comes in colorways with new additions: Brave Khaki and Snow White both in pearl finish, while Magma Gray and Sunrise Orange in metallic finish for those who want a more subtle but eye-catching color.
The compact crossover S-Presso offers an athletic profile that suits its tall and powerful stance so that both the driver and passengers will experience a commanding view of the vicinity. Completing this hatchback’s classic Suzuki SUV look is the distinct lamp design and signature C design tail lamps complemented by strong character lines and its muscular front grille.
Long drives and conquering different terrains will be effortless since it has a fuel efficient 1.0L K10B engine which you can operate in five-speed manual transmission. This S-Presso’s spacious interior enables the driver and passengers to have ample room without compromising luggage space that can hold 239L.
Its interior driving amenities include storage space for bottles and cup-holders, air conditioning that comes with a heater control, and front power windows that provide ease for the driving experience. The All-New S-Presso Features Suzuki’s Total Effective Control Technology, (TECT) body, which scatters collision energy across the vehicle frame to mitigate damage to the car and passengers. Other safety features of the S-Presso include dual airbags, rear parking assist, and anti-brake locking systems.
The All New S-presso is priced at a SRP of Php 518,000.00 and is available in a new colorway, Sizzle Orange, Fire Red, Metallic Granite Gray, and Metallic Silky Silver.
This uniquely designed duo is available in all 79 Suzuki dealerships nationwide from March 14, 2020. Early booking discounts will be given with Php 15,000 for the S-Presso, while Php 30,000 for XL7 until March 18,2020.
